If you receive an e-mail about your domain being blocked or you have to log in or click on a link to change your password, please ensure that the e-mail really came from Xneelo. Scammers are mimicking e-mails from large companies to trick people into giving their login details (username & password) in order to hack into websites/e-mails.

Always click on “Details” or hover over the sender’s e-mail address to see who the e-mail was really from. This is also helpful if you receive an e-mail from anyone else (example: Netflix will not send an e-mail from any other domain than netflix.com)

Do not log into any sites from the link in an e-mail. Use the website address of the company you want to log in at.

For your hosting at Xneelo, use www.xneelo.co.za and click on Log in, then on Control Panel.

If you are not sure about an e-mail you received from Xneelo, rather contact them directly instead of replying to the e-mail. Their contact details can be found on their website www.xneelo.co.za. You can also speak to a consultant on their live chat feature.
